It's Shark Week again starting Sunday on the Discovery Channel, July 27 to Aug. 2, 2008.
Too bad they no longer inflate the giant shark on the Discovery bldg.
Really got me pumped for all that week-long shark-gore.

OMG! I love the inflatable shark! He's actually kind of cute. :) I never saw it. Wonder why they don't do it anymore -- because it's a great gimmick. I don't know why, but it reminds me of the "Saturday Night Live" schtick at the height of the "Jaws" mania: the guy in the shark suit at the door, trying to get in to eat the apartment occupant and using all sorts of ruses in order to gain entry.
