Cluck-U Chicken

Another restaurant bites the dust. This venue is just north of Howard University in DC. Love the name, juvenilishly catchy. As a veggie, I can't vouch for the chicken, though I heard good things.

    Yeah, this place was a favorite of mine. Not because I liked the food; I never tried it.

    Like you, I just dug the name. When I first heard it, I said to myself "I can't BELIEVE they named a business that! lol"

    Kinda like the folks who named their D.C. yuppie doggie boutique "High Maintenance Bitch"....
